Now you can select the channel of your AutoBoot switch from an on-screen menu! Just tap the Control key twice, and your menu appears. From here you can switch to any attached computer by selecting the corresponding menu item. Secondary menus let you configure your AutoBoot's scanning/broadcast, functions and select alternate hot-key sequences.

You can even download your configurations to a PC spreadsheet package for easier editing. With 14 characters available, you can give your computers names that are meaningful to you. Keep your current computer name in a separate window on the screen at all times, or just for a few seconds after switching channels. The computer name window may be placed anywhere on your screen; colors of text and background for all Director menus are user defined.

The Director is an external hardware solution. No software is required; there are no boards to install. It will not interrupt or interfere with the operation of any attached computer.
