utility lets you define all the pre-configured file attachments,
registry, system and application information to assist in diagnosis
of the problem. You can even present dialog boxes to the user when
they click for support. Changes to the list of diagnostic information
can be made in real time.

integrate into your back-end help desk. Support people can work
from within an integrated interface. You don't have to change your
