| User Privacy
OpSession ensures end user privacy. The end user must actively
initiate the support session. Access to the computer cannot be "grabbed"
in any way. When a support call is initiated, the end user has control
over what files will be uploaded to the support center.
OpSession offers a unique combination
of application vs. desktop sharing. When sharing an application,
the support person will not be able to see any other application
window running on the end user's computer.
If a support session is started for
an application and the support person needs access to the end user's
desktop, the end user must actively grant these access rights.
Users have real-time control over what
is accessed by simply clicking on an OpSession toolbar button. For
example, they can change support staff access rights from "read
only access" to "full access" while in a session.
Even when "full access" is given, the end user can override
the support person by simply moving the mouse.
