with Tech Notes
The record- and-playback capability of OpSession allows support
staff to easily record a support session and attach the recording
to your trouble ticket system for efficient escalation and resolution.
The recording can then be passed on to second level support if needed.
You also can use the OpSession recorder to incorporate recorded
sessions into Animated Tech Notes. They can visually answer frequently-asked
questions and demonstrate solutions to common problems. You can
even publish Animated Tech Notes on an Intranet library for self-service
help.
