Educate

many of their own support problems. SupportNow automatically
records entire or parts of a session and, using cutting
edge technology, compresses the entire call session
into incredibly small files for future playback. A one-minute
recording file is often less than 80K bytes. Support
representatives place Animated Tech Notes throughout
the session for clear documentation and communication.
Should a problem occur again, the previously recorded
session can be transferred back to the end user to guide
them through the solution process. Posting sessions
on the web site under FAQs enable users to search
and solve their own problems while reducing support
calls. Customers can save recordings for future reference,
send them to other users and share them with local application
user groups.
