offers complete privacy for your customers. The customer
dictates whether the support representative can view
only the application in question or the entire desktop.
The customer can switch the access rights of the support
representative from View-Only to Full-Access and vice
versa, at any time during the support call. To regain
control, the customer just moves their mouse and it
will automatically lock the support person out. The
support representative can still see what the user is
doing and make suggestions.
