With SupportNow, Chameleon makes quick and easy work of connectivity support issues, because technical support representatives can deliver quick, real-time personal assistance to users over the network. Your request for support establishes a Support-Channel that allows support representatives to share and view your application screens, files, and application- and system-specific data

We collect the diagnostic information
SupportNow gathers all the necessary diagnostic information and places it on the SupportNow Server, where it can be picked up by the support representative. You can share your application with our support experts, allowing them to see your problem and/or fix it by remotely interacting with it. If the support representative needs to see the entire desktop, you can give them full desktop access with one click.
