E-mail Routing Options

The RightFAX E-mail Gateway module lets users send and receive faxes to and from any fax device. The Gateway supports all SMTP/POP3 servers, as well as Lotus Notes and cc:Mail™, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook and Mail, and Novell GroupWise® mail systems.

Microsoft Exchange Integration

Our tight integration with Outlook lets you use the Business Fax and Home Fax fields to send faxes to contacts at the click of a button. By using the RightFAX E-mail Gateway module with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, you can install our new Outlook Fax Extension, which makes it easy for you to send faxes.

Receiving faxes is easy through Outlook, as well. You receive notification through Outlook that a new fax has arrived. Open the message, click on the TIFF image, and your fax is launched. It's easy to manage your faxes and e-mail from one location.

Lotus Notes Integration

The RightFAX E-mail Gateway for Lotus Notes supports customized message and fax forms from within Notes. By adding Notes fields to e-mail, you can create forms to make faxing easier for users.
