RightFAX Enterprise v6.0 includes all the features included in our leading NT fax server, RightFAX v6.0, and adds several important benefits. For example, Intelligent Least Cost Routing will cut the money you spend on long distance and international faxing. Load balancing assures that network traffic is handled adroitly without crippling a company’s productivity.

Additional features of RightFAX Enterprise v6.0 emphasize user and administrator control options. These include Enterprise Fax Manager, a new tool that allows for centralized administration of all RightFAX servers on the network at one time.

  New server-based native document conversion technology, specifically designed for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 97/2000 file formats, better preserves special fonts, embedded graphics and other formatting.

  Now you can centrally manage all RightFAX servers on the network at one time with a new, Explorer-like administrative tool. Click a button to view status of every fax server; start and stop fax services individually or globally; and configure least-cost routing (LCR) rules. Includes drag-and-drop control for copying users, groups, library documents, LCR rules, prefix tables and more.
• Synchronized input and updating for Exchange
  Exchange User Synchronization lets you add, remove or modify users' data in Exchange only once, with changes also applying to RightFAX accounts. Permits centralized administration in Exchange, reduces redundant administration
