The new RightFAX Connector for SAP™ R/3® offers SAP R/3® customers a direct connection to the robust fax capabilities of RightFAX® servers. The connector allows R/3 installations to send a variety of documents by fax from the user’s SAPoffice™ mailbox or directly from any SAP application module. Inbound faxes can also be routed directly to the user’s R/3 desktop. Users will always know the status of faxes because notification messages are automatically updated and recorded within SAP. Plus, users can benefit from RightFAX SAP support, which provides direct access to a dedicated team of SAP experts.

RightFAX participated in a rigorous SAP certification process to test the connectivity of the RightFAX Connector for SAP R/3 within the SAP system and to ensure the required functionality. The RightFAX Connector for SAP R/3 is written to the SAPconnect BC-CON specification, published by SAP. (SAPconnect is the successor to the SAPcomm interface used to integrate fax and communication software in earlier versions of SAP.)
