SMC's SimulTasking™ pipelined data transfer technique gives you top network performance. And, SMC's EZStart™ utility makes connection to your network quick and easy. A single EZStart menu choice configures the card and loads all necessary drivers automatically, providing an effortless connection to a NetWare LAN. The card also works well with native Card and Socket Services software (software included with your laptop), so common card and system problems can be easily resolved.

Since the EtherEZ PC Card is hot-swappable, you don't need to turn off your notebook PC to remove or insert it. And, it features low power consumption to extend your computer's battery life.

The EtherEZ PC Card is available with a choice of external cable modules. With the combo model, you get an RJ-45 connector for twisted-pair cable and a BNC connector for thin coax cable. With the 10BASE-T model, you get one twisted-pair connection. There's even a travel pouch so you can keep all your connectivity tools in one place.
