Product Description

The Model 8361 RS-422 Short Haul Modem pro-vides the benefits of being able to extend the dis-tance of RS-422 networks and maintain optical iso-lation between the ports. Model 8361 allows for the extension of RS-422 links to a maximum limit of 3300 feet or 1 km at any data rate up to 115.2 KBPS. Full duplex transmission is accommodated on two twisted pairs.

The Model 8361 includes TD and RD LED's as well as a built-in power supply. The power input is standard for 110 Volts/60 Hz or 220 Volts/50 Hz as an ordering option. All the inputs and out-puts are via screw terminals located on the top surface of the device.
