Alarm Functions
Power Failure: The card cage provides both visual and audible alarms for a power failure. The standalone unit has a Power On LED.
Electrical Signal Loss: Copper Active LED goes off in alarm condition. Activates visual and audible alarms in card cage.
Optical Signal Loss: Fiber Active LED goes off in alarm condition. Activates visual and audible alarms in card cage.
Relay Contact: Standalone and card cage provides a dry contact closure for alarm, Form A. For 78X series the alarm contacts appear on Pins X and Y of DB-15 connector.
