The Call Logging Managed Service is for companies that are keen to concentrate on their core business and consequently outsource non-core processes and functions. Demand for communications management information is increasing as companies develop their environments, however, the acquisition of this information is not seen as a core process and can therefore be considered as an outsource opportunity.

Data Track can provide this service either directly or via a number of its distribution partners. The service can be paid for on a monthly or quarterly basis relieving customers of the need for capital investment and increasing cash flow. Management can receive the information they require without the need to provide additional infrastructure or to recruit staff with their associated overhead.

 

The reports you require can be produced in a number of common formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, HTML or CSV and will be automatically delivered to you by email or by posting onto a dedicated web page.

Reports that are regularly required can be produced daily, weekly or monthly to an agreed schedule. In addition, ad-hoc reports can be produced either by manual request or via a simple to use web-based Report Generator, without the need for training on the system
