| The Eclipse Alarm Management Bureaux has been developed in conjunction with Maximum Network Solutions Ltd and provides added functionality to the Tracker 2700. Alarm or event information received from a device connected to the Tracker is delivered to a recipient by SMS, voice alert, email, pager, fax or a combination of options. The only hardware that needs to be installed on site is the necessary Tracker. The other equipment required to implement the service is maintained by Maximum Network Solutions. |

Users log into and configure the service using an ordinary telephone. Users identify themselves to the system using an account number and password. After logging in, users can select the delivery methods for notification, program the telephone number to be used for that delivery method and optionally select a time of day when alerts should not be sent. Users can change the method of delivery as often as they require.

Once the Tracker receives an alarm or event, it will dial-up the service center and deliver details regarding its nature. These details can be tailored but essentially would include the date and time and cause or reason for the notification.
Eclipse Alarm Management Bureaux includes flexible billing options and a full electronic messaging statement detailing the history of events on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
