Managed Services are operated by Data Track or one of our distribution partners. The following are currently available as Managed Services.
Call Management / Accounting - The Call Logging Managed Service collects your CDR (Call Detail Record) information automatically from your IP or legacy voice system. A number of daily, weekly or monthly reports will be automatically delivered to you. The service is available from Data Track or a number of distribution partners.
Eclipse AMB - Provides you with vital alarm information by e-mail, voice announcement, SMS, pager, fax or a combination of these options.
