ISO 9001 - Data Track was accredited in 2003 and previously held the ISO 9002 certificate since 1998. ISO 9001:2000 introduces a new, customer focussed, way of looking at quality management. It is an internationally recognised, quality standard for the design and production of products and the provision of services, to a consistently high standard. Cisco AVVID - The Data Track Eclipse CMS software has passed interoperability verification testing, which means that it is part of the Cisco AVVID programme. The Cisco AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video, and Integrated Data) Partner Programme sets criteria for interoperability testing by independent third parties and is a co-marketing programme enabling leading product and service firms to deploy innovative e-business solutions. The programme provides enterprise customers with information regarding Cisco AVVID Partner products and services that an independent testing facility has tested, verified and found to interoperate with Cisco networking technology. |
