Battery Monitoring
Alarm
The
Powerware BMA monitors individual battery voltage continuously
to determine condition and charge. If a problem is detected
during float service, discharge or recharge, the Powerware
BMA sounds an alarm to alert you of a potential failure in
your backup power.
A
1,000 event alarm history enables you to track battery discharges,
recharges, temperature conditions and low/high-voltage batteries.
Only by tracking the condition of your batteries can you be
sure that your UPS' critical load will be supported during
a power disturbance.
Installation
is included in the price of the cost-effective BMA. (There
is an additional cost for installation at sites located further
than 100 miles from an authorized service center.)
