UPS View - Powerware Accessories - Powerware (Eaton)

UPS View is a SNMP Manager "snap-in" software product that works in conjuction with and enhances the operation of HP OpenView™ for Windows™ 3.1

Traditionally, network managers have had to use a MIB Browser to gain detailed information about the UPS and have had to scan through a trap-event table or list to determine what critical events have occurred with a UPS. UPSview enhances OpenView for Windows to better organize and display the data retrieved from Powerware Corporation's UPS products via SNMP. It also produces enhanced diagnostic event logs and generates user friendly pop-up screen messages for SNMP traps from Powerware Corporation's UPS products. All of these features provide a much easier to use graphical user interface for the network manager, which reduces the time required to monitor or diagnose power problems.

Supported UPSs: Powerware 9 Prestige, Powerware Plus 6 through Plus 150. (Plus 36 must have firmware rev. 2.00 or higher)
