TPC8-A-2076

Based on the TPC 8-A-1768 which is based on the standard TPC 115-8-A. The -2076 has a circuit breaker that allows the system to be 400Hz instead of 50/60Hz but it also uses eight L1-15R outlets which the -1768 used standard 5-15R's.
