Gravitas DC Rectifiers (30A - 200A)

Gravitas X75Smart UPS:

Gravitas X75 is an ultra-compact, integrated DC power system. The base system is a 1U shelf holding up to three hot-swap rectifier modules. This system produces up to 1650 watts output at -54.4, +27.2 or +13.6 VDC. It can also be operated as a 2+1 redundant system with up to 1100 watts output. The expanded system consists of a base shelf plus an expander shelf with a 2U total height. This system holds up to six rectifier modules with up to 3300 watts output; it can be operated as a 5+1 redundant system with up to 2750 watts output. Each rectifier module is cooled by a fan that operates at a speed which is a function of load and temperature.

Gravitas X100Symmetra:

Gravitas X100 is an ultra-compact, integrated DC power system. It consists of up to three high power-density, hot-swap rectifier modules which can produce up to 75 amperes at -54.4VDC, 99 amperes at +27.2VDC or 100 amperes at +13.6VDC. In 2+1 redundant operation the output current is up to 50 amperes at -54.5VDC, 66 amperes at +27.2VDC or 100 amperes at +13.6VDC.

Gravitas X150:

Gravitas X150 is a compact, integrated DC power system. It consists of up to three high power-density, hot-swap rectifier modules which can produce up to 150 amperes at either -48VDC or +24VDC (or up to 100 amperes in 2+1 redundant mode).

Gravitas X200:

Gravitas X200 is an ultra-compact, integrated DC power system. The base system is a 2RU shelf, expandable to 3RU, to provide output loads to 200A. These systems hold up to 4 high efficiency hot-swap rectifiers in the 2RU systems and up to 8 rectifiers in the 3RU expanded systems. Standard output voltage ratings are -54.4VDC, +27.2VDC, and +13.6VDC. Loads up to 200A are available with either non-redundant or redundant(N+1) systems. The 92% high efficiency rectifiers are internally fan cooled with speed control which is a function of load and temperature, keeping acoustic noise to a minimum.

 
Gravitas DC Rectifiers (300A - 1000A)

Gravitas X300:

Gravitas X300 is a compact, integrated DC power system. It consists of up to three high power-density, hot-swap rectifier modules which can produce up to 300 amperes at either +12VDC or +24VDC (or up to 200 amperes in 2+1 redundant mode).

Gravitas X400MGE Galaxy:

Built around a standard 600x600x2200 enclosure format, Gravitas Energy Systems X400-48 utilizesup to 8 ultra high density hot-swap 48V/50A RANGER rectifiers. This system can accommodate up to 4 strings of 150AH batteries which can provide a full 2 hours of autonomy at a typical equipment load of 300A.

Gravitas X410R & X610RSilcon:

The Gravitas X410R power systems are based around a fully integrated freestanding cabinet incorporating 8 (X410R) or 12 (X610R) positions for hot-swap rectifiers, AC input distribution/protection, DC output distribution/protection, low voltage battery disconnect (LVD), battery distribution/protection, system controller, and 3 strings (shelves) of front connect batteries rated up to 170AH each. A vertical space of 4U rack height has been allocated for optional equipment such as inverter or DC/DC converter shelves and their distribution/protection panels.

Gravitas X1000MGE Comet:

The ultimate in large-scale Telecom power solutions, Gravitas Energy Systems X1000-48 is a fully scalable system built in standard 600 x 600 x 1200 enclosures with a total of 1000A rectifier capacity. The power enclosure houses up to 20 RANGER RRS 48V/50A rectifiers with individual AC circuit breakers and power system controller. Bulk DC output is provided on dual A and B feeds through circuit breakers or optional fuses.

Sigma Series-WM:Remote Reboot:

Unipower Telecom's Sigma Series Wall-Mount rectifiers are designed as a quick and easy solution in providing DC power to a variety of Telecom equipment. The 6 available models range in output power from 450W to 650W. Output voltages of 12V, 24V, and 48V are available for applications without batteries. For battery-supported applications, output voltages are pre-set to 13.6V, 27.2V, or 54.4V.

Vigilant SeriesSmart UPS:

VIGILANT Series are compact 1RU high 19" rack-mountable AC Power Distribution Units (PDU) offering a total of 8 switched NEMA 5-15/20R outlets for the 115VAC models or 8 switched IEC60320-C13 outlets for the 230VAC models. These SMART PDUs offer power monitoring through a front panel mounted true RMS digital current meter as well as remotely via an onboard WEB server, SNMP services and bundled monitoring and control software. Users with multiple units installed can also benefit from the bundled software's ability to manage and monitor several units concurrently.

DPAC1U SeriesSymmetra:

Unipower Telecom's DPAC1U Series AC circuit breaker panels are companion units to the INV2500 and INV2500-HS Telecom Inverters. They provide AC distribution and overload protection for two to eight circuits. They may also be used with other inverters or AC power sources.

 
DC Panels

DPP1U Series:

UNIPOWER’s DPP1U Series of circuit breaker panels provide distribution and overload protection for 1 to 16 circuits with circuit breakers that can be field installed/exchanged without the need for any additional tools. The panels are only one mounting position (1.75 inches) high. The panels provide up to 16 breakers single bus 150A or dual-bus 300A (8A/8B) distribution and alarm capabilities. The A and B sections of the dual-bus panel are fully isolated, can be separately configured for 12 or 24/48 volts and are polarity neutral. Breaker capacities range from 1 to 30 amperes. Breaker alarm is indicated by a dual color LED (green/red) and Form C relay contacts for each bus.

DPB1U Series:

UNIPOWER Telecom's DPB1U Series of circuit breaker panels provide distribution and overload protection for 1 to 12 circuits. The panels are only one mounting position (1.75 inches) high. The panel provides 1 to 12 single-bus breakers or 2 to 12 dual-bus (A&B) breakers (1 to 6 per bus). The panels distribute up to a total of 300 amperes of load current from two separate 150-ampere sources with true A and B distribution and alarm capabilities. A and B sections of the dual-bus panel are isolated and can be separately configured for 12, 24 or 48 volts, positive or negative ground. Breaker capacities are from 1 to 50 amperes.

DPB2U-AB SeriesMGE Galaxy:

Unipower Telecom's DPB2U-AB Series of circuit breaker panels provide distribution and overload protection for up to 18 DC circuits. The panels are two rack units (3.50 inches) high. They distribute up to 300 amperes of load current for each A or B bus, with each bus having up to 9 circuit breakers. Each bus can be independently configured. The buses can be configured for 12, 24, or 48 volts, positive or negative grounds.

DPBF1U SeriesSilcon:

Unipower Telecom's DPBF1U Series of all Front Connected DC circuit breaker distribution panels provide distribution and overload protection for 8 DC loads up to 30A. The 1RU mounting position (1.75 inches) high DC breaker panels provide 8 singlebus loads or 4/4 dual -bus (A&B) loads (up to 30A max. per load). They distribute up to a total of 150 amperes of load current from two separate 150A sources with true A and B distribution and alarm capabilities.

DPG1U SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's DPG1U Series of GMT fuse distribution panels provide distribution and overload protection for 10 or 20 circuits. The one mounting position high (1.75 inches) GMT fuse panels provide 10 single-bus fuses or 20 dual-bus (A&B) fuses (10 per bus). They distribute up to a total of 160 amperes of load current from two separate 80-ampere sources with true A and B distribution and alarm capabilities. A and B sections of the dual-bus panel are isolated and can be separately configured for 12, 24, or 48 volts, positive or negative ground. Fuse sizes are ½ to 12 amperes.

DPGF1U SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom’s DPGF1U Series of all Front Connected GMT fuse distribution panels provide distribution and overload protection for 4/6 or 8/12 circuits. The one mounting position (1.75 inches) high GMT fuse panels provide 4/6 single-bus fuses or 8/12 dual-bus (A&B) fuses (4 or 6 per bus). They distribute up to a total of 160 amperes of load current from two separate 80-ampere sources with true A and B distribution and alarm capabilities.

DPK1U SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's DPK1U Series of Type KTK fuse distribution panels provide distribution and overload protection for 5 or 10 circuits. The one mounting position high (1.75 inches) Type KTK fuse panels provide 5 single-bus fuses or 10 dual-bus (A&B) fuses (5 per bus). They distribute up to a total of 300 amperes of load current from two separate 150-ampere sources with true A and B distribution and alarm capabilities. A and B sections of the dual-bus panel are isolated and can be separately configured for 12, 24, or 48 volts, positive or negative ground. Fuse sizes are 0.1 to 30 amperes.

DPT1U SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's DPT1U Series of Type 70 fuse distribution panels provide distribution and overload protection for 6 or 12 circuits. The one mounting position high (1.75 inches) Type 70 fuse panels provide 6 single-bus fuses or 12 dual-bus (A&B) fuses (6 per bus). They distribute up to a total of 120 amperes of load current from two separate 60-ampere sources with true A and B distribution and alarm capabilities. A and B sections of the dual-bus panel are isolated and can be separately configured for 12, 24, or 48 volts, positive or negative ground. Fuse sizes are ½ to 10 amperes.

DPU1U SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's UNIFLEX® distribution panels provide the ultimate flexibility in combining fuses, circuit breakers, and/or an LVD (Low Voltage Disconnect) in a dual (A/B) panel. A GMT fuse section provides 10 fuses; a KTK fuse section, 5 fuses; a Type 70 fuse section, 6 fuses; a circuit breaker section, 1-6 breakers. A low-voltage disconnect (LVD) section is configured at the factory for either battery or load disconnect and can have an optional bypass switch. A battery circuit breaker is standard.

 
Low Voltage Disconnects

LVD400/600 SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's LVD400 and LVD600 Series of low-voltage disconnect panels are designed for maximum flexibility. They can be used for either load or battery disconnect. The two mounting position (3.5 inches) high panels can be configured as single or dual (A/B) disconnects. The disconnect contactor is rated at 400 or 600 amperes.

LVD1U SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's LVD1U Series of low-voltage disconnect panels are designed for maximum flexibility. They can be connected for either load or battery disconnect. The one mounting position (1.75 inches) high panels can be configured as single or dual (A/B) disconnects.

LVD1U200 SeriesMGE Comet:

The UNIPOWER Telecom LVD1U200 Series are 200A rated Low Voltage Disconnect panels designed for maximum flexibility. They can be connected for either load or battery disconnect and can be used for load shedding applications where non critical loads are switched off at an earlier point in the battery discharge cycle to conserve power to critical loads.

Sabre Lite SeriesMGE Comet:

UNIPOWER Telecom's SABRE LITE Series INV1048 & INV1548 are 1000VA/800W and 1500VA/1200W, sine wave, hot-swap inverter modules which are available with a number of different compatible, two-unit 19-inch shelves. These shelves are 1RU high (1.75 inches) and provide various AC output termination / distribution types.

2.5kVA Inverter ModulesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's INV2500-HS Series are 2500 volt-ampere, sine wave, hot-swap inverter modules which are available with a compatible, two-unit 19-inch shelf. The shelf is 2U high (3.5 inches). The units operate off a 48VDC (42-56V range) input and produce either 115VAC output at 22A RMS or 230VAC at 11A RMS. Two units in the shelf produce 115VAC at 44A or 230VAC at 22A.

12.5kVA Integrated Inverter SystemMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's INV2500-HS Series are 2500 volt-ampere, sine wave, hot-swap inverter modules which are available with a compatible, two-unit 19-inch shelf. The shelf is 2U high (3.5 inches). Cutlass SeriesMGE Comet:

The CUTLASS Series are 3kW sine-wave inverters which are 19" rack-mountable and only 2RU high. They operate from a 110V, 130V or 220VDC source and produce a 115 or 230VAC output. The tightly regulated low distortion 50 or 60Hz sine wave is produced by DSP controlled power circuits using an advanced high frequency, pulse-width modulation technique which achieves up to 94% efficiency.

Scimitar SeriesMGE Comet:

The SCIMITAR Series are 1kVA & 2kVA sine-wave inverters which are 19" rack mountable and only 1RU high. They operate from a 12V, 24V or 48VDC source and produce a 115 or 230VAC output. The tightly regulated low distortion 50 or 60Hz sine wave is produced by DSP controlled power circuits using an advanced high frequency, pulse-width modulation technique which achieves up to 92% efficiency.

 
Inverter/ Charger

INVO SeriesMGE Comet:

UNIPOWER's INVO is a 5kVA high frequency pure sinewave inverter/ charger designed to be used in longrun UPS applications where the reliability or availability of the utility grid supply is poor. In normal operation INVO feeds the utility supply directly to the load while at the same time the 3 stage charger keeps the battery fully charged at all times. In the event of utility failure INVO automatically transfers the load to the inverter and monitors the battery charge state.

PCM500 SeriesMGE Comet:

Unipower Telecom's PCM500 Series Power Control and Monitor System (PCMS) is a one mounting position high (1.75 inches) basic control and monitoring system for DC power plants. It controls up to 16 rectifiers in up to 4 shelves, precisely setting the float voltage and equalize voltage (optional) on all rectifiers simultaneously.

DSC1000 SeriesMGE Comet:

DC to DC converter Systems

TPCMQ48 & PCMQ48 SeriesMGE Comet:

The I2C interface that is incorporated into the PowerCassette® includes facilities to monitor various operating parameters within the unit and transmit these to a host computer on demand over an industry standard I2C Serial bus. Three forms of data are available. These allow the user to monitor the actual status of an individual unit, manage system loading through measurement of the actual load on the output and also control inventory through an inbuilt EEPROM containing specific data about each individual unit.
